As the IT Operations Specialist, the incumbent deals with a multitude of IT issues and tasks to provide multi-site system and user support by analyzing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing various hardware, systems and applications. This includes providing user help desk, server administration, network support, proactive system monitoring, maintaining/creating documentation for users, hardware and systems and enabling a robust, available, and secure IT environment. The incumbent will be responsible for a significant level of the in-lane hardware support of the tolling system and other technology areas including, but not limited to, IP telephony, security, wireless and other custom solutions.
